1 can shoe peg corn (drain) MAKE SURE IT’S SHOE PEG CORN!!!!
1 can French Style green beans (drain)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz
1 small package slivered almonds
Mix together first 6 ingredients – then melt butter and stir in Ritz crackers and place the crackers on top of the casserole ..then sprinkle on VERY top the slivered almonds. COVER with foil. Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake another 10 mintutes or until crackers are golden brown.
