Core Values For Our Family

Many of you asked about the Core Values we have written out for our family/marriage because Troy read them at church during our new Vantage Point series. I am going to list them for you so you can print them off and put them on your refrigerator too. Feel free to tweak them or change them for your family. We also have them printed and in the bookstore at church (it is called Salt by the way). Enjoy!

1. We must center our lives around the Lordship of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 7:24-27)

2. We must share a dream together. (Proverbs 29:18)

3. We must flow in divine order. (Eph 5:23-6:3)

4. We must have a servant’s heart toward one another. (Matthew 20:26-28)

5. We must resolve every conflict before the end of the day. (Eph 4:25-32)

6. We must honor and respect one another. (1 Peter 3:1-7)

7. We must keep our relationship alive and exciting. (Proverbs 5:28)

8. We must be authentic with one another. (Matthew 23)

9. We must keep ourselves growing and developing spiritually together. (2 Tim 3:12-17)

10. We must live by a covenant that keeps us committed to one another for life. (Malachi 2:13-16)
