2 boxes of frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 C mayonaise
2 C sharp cheddar
1 can of Durkee onion rings
Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes and drain. Place broccoli and remaining ingredients(except for onion rings) into an oblong casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the onion rings on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
