Sausage Balls

1 lb of hot sausage, cooked and drained

10 oz of sharp grated cheddar cheese

3 cups of Bisquick

4 drops of Tabasco sauce

Mix well. Roll into walnut size balls. Bake at 375 for approx 15 minutes. Note: if you want sausage and cheddar biscuits simply add a touch of milk to mixture and make larger balls. They will be much fluffier in texture.

These freeze well and can simply be warmed up in the microwave.
